How do I return or exchange an online purchase?
Your satisfaction with
our products is our most important concern. Please call our office during normal business hours at (800) 355-9428 in order to receive a return authorization number. We cannot accept returns without a return authorization number. Returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee. We will waive this charge if your item is defective.
Please pack and nicely seal your items securely in
the original package if possible and include the original invoice.

Please note that we do not accept COD deliveries. We also advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express or UPS when sending back your items. This will enable you to track your package more easily. TKUU cannot assume responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost or stolen in the mail.

Can you ship to an international address?
At this time we can only ship to the US and Canada.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
We’re sorry. Orders can only be delivered
to a physical street address.
